Old Fashioned Fudge Cake

In a mixer combine:

2 C. self rising flour

2 C. sugar

5 T. cocoa

Add and mix for one minute the following:

3/4 C. veg. oil

2 large eggs

1 C. milk

2 tsp. vanilla

Last add and mix:

3/4 C. hot water 

Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when cool.
